Q. What is the job description? 

»         "Assistant manager - Finance" will be responsible for Invoicing, GST, TDS, preparing Management reports and statutory compliance 

Q. What are the job responsibilities? 

»         Coordinate with Global Project Delivery Team to generate invoices

»         Monitor the Accounts Receivables

»         Assist and review accounts in monthly book closure

»         Assist and review data for statutory compliances (including but not limited to TDS, EPF, GST)

»         Prepare and assist in MIS reporting

»         Monitor Cash flow across Global entities

»         Manage currency hedging and related Bank coordination

»         Coordinate with Auditors/Banks and External Stake holders 

Q. What is the eligibility criteria? 

»         Strong written and oral communication Skills

»         Working experience in Tally

»         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    • Excel formulas/Pivot Tables/Charts etc
    • Knowledge of VBA is an advantage

»         Strong understanding of Accounting Standards

»         Qualified Chartered Accountant or CA inter passed

»         Completed 3 years of articleship in reputed firm

»         0 - 3 years (excluding articleship)

»         TDS / EPFO / GST filing procedures
