Q. What is the job description? 

The individual will be responsible to support strategic scientific informatics projects for Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers.  The individual  will provide the consulting skills required to analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state. He or she will have to work with Business Users / Scientists /  Managers / Technical stakeholders of Customers in conjunction with the internal Zifo team. 

Q. What are the job responsibilities? 

»       Learn new scientific applications and get a hands-on perspective; Help with application configuration and implementation. When needed arises for Japanese language support, act as Business Analyst.

»      Coordinate with customers in Japanese (understanding their current systems, gathering requirements, sharing project progress, issue handling, conducting meetings etc.)

»        Create requirements / specifications document, process flows and all necessary documentation

»        Coordinate and collaborate with Zifo team across different engagements

»     Read SOPs, Guidelines and Work Instructions relevant to the role and the nature of work performed and adhere to it while performing the task.

»        Basic project management  

Q. What is the eligibility criteria?

»         JLPT N3 or above, language certification is a must

»         2+ years of relevant experience

»         Business proficiency in Japanese and English languages (written and spoken)

»         Business Analysis skills

»         Ability to quickly switch between bird’s eye view and detailed analysis

»         Experience of working with end users to document requirements and building consensus for current situation

»         Passion and Ability to learn and work with new applications

»         Must have UG/PG graduation in Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics with consistent academic record of more than 70% in 10th, 12th, UG, PG

»         Knowledge about drug research and development process (Good to have)
